Start with the module you need.
NextHealth Flow covers documents, HR, payroll, incidents, complaints, quality, risk, assets and patient experience. Each module works on its own, so you buy only what your facility needs and add more when you are ready.

Document hub
Keep every licence, contract and facility document in one place with NextHealth Flow. Each document carries its type, issue and expiry dates and a version history, can be signed by staff or by an outside party through a link confirmed with a one-time code, and reminders reach the facility before a document needs review or runs out.
Know moreHR and workforce
Manage your staff with NextHealth Flow, from onboarding to the daily roster. Each person has one record with their documents, background checks and immunisations. Attendance comes straight from your clock-in devices, shifts and leave are requested and approved in Flow, and staff lists export to Excel whenever HR needs them.
Know moreCredentials and licences
Keep every professional licence and credential in NextHealth Flow where HR can see it. Licences sit on each staff record with their number, issuing authority, expiry date and a copy, beside the passport and primary source verification report, and Flow reminds each member of staff before one of theirs expires.
Know morePayroll
Run payroll in NextHealth Flow from the staff records your HR team already keeps. Salary structures, approved overtime, loans and salary advances are calculated in each run, every run is approved by HR, by finance and in a final sign off before it is marked paid, and Flow produces the bank file for WPS salary payments and the payroll register.
Know moreIncident management
Report, investigate and close every incident in NextHealth Flow, built to the Abu Dhabi DOH incident reporting requirements. Each report carries the DOH level of harm, sentinel events are flagged, maternal and perinatal deaths are reviewed in the national format, and the monthly zero report for maternal and infant deaths goes to DOH through its gateway.
Know moreComplaints
Take in, investigate and close patient complaints in NextHealth Flow. Patients and families file a complaint through a link you share, each complaint is reviewed and assigned to investigators, serious ones go to the complaints committee, and every finding and corrective action stays on the record until the complaint is closed or withdrawn.
Know moreRegulatory audits
Run regulatory audits in NextHealth Flow requirement by requirement. The auditor works through the facility's audit checklist scope by scope, marks each requirement met, partly met, not met or not applicable, records the action required and the team responsible, attaches photographs, and sends the audit to an approver, so every finding has an owner and a record.
Know moreClinical audits
Run clinical and safety audits on the ward with NextHealth Flow. Ready-made audit tools cover hand hygiene, patient identification, clinical handover, medication errors, needle-stick injuries, PPE, room disinfection, staff immunisation and sterilisation testing. Each audit is scored when it is submitted, and results are kept month by month, so quality teams can see where practice slips.
Know moreQuality indicators
Track the quality indicators your regulator and your board ask for in NextHealth Flow. JAWDA, patient safety goal, infection control, equipment and clinical indicators are recorded for each facility and shown on dashboards, so quality teams report from one place instead of rebuilding spreadsheets every quarter.
Know moreFacility inspections
Keep your premises inspection-ready with NextHealth Flow. Facility visit reports record what was found on each walk-round, with photographs, room disinfection and infrastructure checks are logged room by room, and layouts are kept on file, so the condition of every area is documented before an inspector asks.
Know morePolicies and procedures
Write and keep a facility's policies with NextHealth Flow. Start from a library of policy templates for regulatory, ADHICS, JAWDA and accreditation policies, have each one prepared, reviewed and approved by named people who sign at their stage, and let staff request a change when a policy no longer matches practice.
Know moreRisk management
Keep a living risk register in NextHealth Flow. Each risk is scored on a likelihood and impact matrix, linked to its threats, vulnerabilities and controls, and given an owner with a due date. Flow reminds owners before reviews fall due, escalates risks that need attention, and keeps a full audit trail of every change.
Know moreAssets and equipment
Keep every piece of equipment safe and in service with NextHealth Flow. The asset register holds each item with its maintenance schedule, calibration certificates and service contracts, consumables and stock are tracked in batches, and expiry alerts warn you before a calibration, contract or document lapses.
Know moreFleet and contracts
Manage your vehicles and service contracts in NextHealth Flow alongside the rest of your assets. Each vehicle has its maintenance history and insurance on file, overdue maintenance is flagged automatically, and maintenance contracts with vendors are kept with their dates, so nothing on the road or under contract is left unchecked.
Know morePatient experience
Hear from patients after every visit with NextHealth Flow. Patients receive a survey invitation, answer through a link in English or Arabic, and their feedback becomes patient experience indicators such as satisfaction and net promoter score, measured against the DOH Patient Experience Standard, with improvement actions tracked until they are done.

Every module is sold on its own. These are the combinations facilities most often take together.

-
Several facilities
Each facility keeps its own data, and staff switch between the ones they are given.
-
Roles and permissions
Each person sees and does only what their role allows, facility by facility.
-
Two-factor sign in
Staff confirm each sign in with a code from an authenticator app.
Real scenarios
Problems facilities bring to us, and what changes once NXH Flow is running.
-
Accreditation Coordinator survey cycle
Eight weeks before survey, a folder called Evidence Final v3 appears.
Survey preparation becomes routine work instead of an eight week scramble.
Every department is chased for documents. The work is real and it is thrown away the day the surveyor leaves, then rebuilt eighteen months later from nothing.
Each audit framework is set out requirement by requirement with an owner, and evidence is attached through the year, so the status of every requirement is visible before the surveyor arrives.
-
Compliance Officer policy update
A policy is updated.
One current version of every policy, and proof it was read.
The new version is emailed round, the old one stays in shared folders, and nobody can say who has read it.
The policy goes through its approval chain in Flow Documents, the new version replaces the old one, and staff acknowledge it, so the facility can show who has read what.
-
Risk Manager patient safety event
A medication error is reported on a paper form, typed into a spreadsheet a week later, investigated by email, and the corrective action is agreed in a meeting and never verified.
Every incident followed through to an action, and trend data the team can act on.
The error is filed in Flow Incidents with the DOH level of harm, assigned to an investigator and reviewed by the incident committee. The root cause is recorded and CAPA actions get owners and due dates, with every status change kept.
-
HR Director licence lapse
A clinician's professional licence expired and they continued practising for eleven days.
A lapsing licence is caught before it becomes a finding.
It was found during an internal audit. The reminder had been sent to an inbox nobody was watching.
Licences sit on each staff record with their expiry dates, and Flow sends reminders to the member of staff and HR before a licence lapses, so the renewal starts in time.
-
Biomedical Engineer calibration
A calibration certificate on an infusion pump expired, and nobody noticed until an inspection found it.
Equipment that stays in calibration, and the certificates ready for the inspector.
Each asset carries its calibration certificates, maintenance schedule and service contract in Flow Assets, and Flow alerts the team before a calibration or contract expires.
-
COO group standardisation
Six branches, six ways of doing everything.
Every branch measured the same way, without a monthly assembly job.
Each has its own policy set, its own forms and its own interpretation of the same standard. Group reporting is a monthly assembly job.
Policies are published from one document hub and acknowledged by each branch's staff, quality indicators are recorded per facility on the same dashboards, and managers switch between the facilities they look after.
