Credentials and licences is part of Flow HR. Each member of staff carries their professional licences on their record, with the title, number, issuing authority, expiry date and a copy of the licence, alongside the passport and primary source verification report collected at onboarding. A scheduled reminder tells the member of staff before a licence or credential expires, and a renewal is recorded with its new expiry date.

Every licence, before it lapses

In a healthcare facility an expired professional licence is not an administrative slip: it can stop a clinician working and becomes a finding at the next inspection. Flow keeps every licence where HR can see it.

On the staff record

Professional licences sit on each member of staff's record with the licence number, issuing authority and expiry date, and a copy of the licence itself, beside the passport and primary source verification report collected at onboarding.

Warned in time

A scheduled reminder goes to the member of staff, by email and in Flow, before a licence, passport or verification report expires, at the notice the facility sets. When it is renewed, the new expiry date goes on the record.
