Quality indicators

NextHealth Flow

Sold on its own, or with Flow Documents

Quality indicators collects a facility's quality and performance measures in NextHealth Flow. Indicator sets cover JAWDA, the International Patient Safety Goals, infection control, equipment, phlebotomy and hospital clinical indicators, alongside the facility's own internal measures. Values are recorded per facility and period and shown on dashboards, so quality teams and managers see trends and report to the regulator and the board from the same figures.

Why it is hard to do well

One set of numbers for the regulator and the board

The indicators you report, in one place

Quality teams spend days each quarter gathering figures from different departments into spreadsheets. Flow Quality keeps the indicators where they are recorded.

The sets your regulator asks for

Indicator sets cover JAWDA, the International Patient Safety Goals, infection control, equipment, phlebotomy and hospital clinical indicators.

Your own measures too

Internal indicators sit beside the regulator's sets, so the facility tracks what matters to it without a second system.

Seen as trends

Values are recorded for each facility and period and shown on dashboards, so managers see trends early and report to the regulator and the board from the same figures.
