Patient experience
NextHealth FlowSold on its own
Patient experience measures what patients think of their care in NextHealth Flow. Survey invitations go to patients after their visit, and they answer through a public link in English or Arabic. Responses are turned into patient experience indicators, including satisfaction and net promoter score, measured against the DOH Patient Experience Standard, and improvement actions are recorded and followed up so feedback leads to change.

Feedback from every patient, turned into action
Paper surveys and occasional phone calls give a facility a few opinions a year. Flow Patient Experience asks every patient and measures the answers.
Asked after every visit
Patients receive a survey invitation after their visit and answer through a public link in English or Arabic, on their own phone.
Measured the way DOH measures it
Responses become patient experience indicators, including satisfaction and net promoter score, measured against the DOH Patient Experience Standard.
Acted on
Improvement actions are recorded and followed up, so the facility can show what changed because patients spoke up.
