Every incident and complaint, followed through.
Flow Incidents is built to the Abu Dhabi DOH incident reporting requirements: the DOH level of harm on every report, sentinel events flagged, and the monthly zero report for maternal and infant deaths sent to DOH through its gateway. Flow Complaints takes in patient complaints and sees each one through to closure.
Built for DOH and JCI reviews
Regulators and accreditors look at how a facility learns from what goes wrong, whether it was reported by a member of staff or by a patient. With both modules, your safety team reviews incidents and complaints in one system.
- Every incident records the DOH level of harm beside the facility's own scale.
- Sentinel events are flagged and investigated with root cause analysis and CAPA, the review JCI expects.
- Maternal deaths are reviewed in the national MPDSR format, with perinatal and infant death reviews alongside.
- Each month with no maternal or infant deaths, the zero report goes to DOH through its gateway on a schedule.
- Complaints are investigated and reviewed by committee, from a public link to closure.

Complaints
Take in, investigate and close patient complaints in NextHealth Flow. Patients and families file a complaint through a link you share, each complaint is reviewed and assigned to investigators, serious ones go to the complaints committee, and every finding and corrective action stays on the record until the complaint is closed or withdrawn.

Questions we get asked
-
Flow sends the DOH monthly zero report, which confirms a month with no maternal or infant deaths, through the DOH gateway, using your facility's own DOH credentials. Each incident report carries the DOH level of harm and the sentinel event flag the DOH requirements ask for, and is investigated and closed in Flow.
-
No software can. Flow supports the review JCI expects for sentinel events: root cause analysis and corrective and preventive actions with owners, followed through to closure, with every step on record.
-
Falls, medication errors, needle-stick injuries, near misses, device failure, equipment damage, theft, fire, abuse or harassment, documentation deficits and others, plus maternal mortality and perinatal and infant death reviews.
-
Yes. Each is sold on its own. Incidents and Complaints is the two together.
-
Through a public link the facility shares, for example on its website, or staff log a complaint received in person or by phone.
