Fleet and contracts

NextHealth Flow

Sold on its own

Fleet and contracts extends Flow Assets to a facility's vehicles and supplier contracts in NextHealth Flow. Each vehicle carries its maintenance records and insurance, and Flow flags vehicles whose maintenance is overdue. Annual maintenance contracts with vendors are held with their scope and dates against the equipment they cover, so renewals are planned and suppliers are held to what was agreed.

Why it is hard to do well

Ambulances and contracts need the same care as equipment

Vehicles and contracts, kept in order

Facilities with ambulances or service vehicles, and dozens of supplier contracts, often track them in separate spreadsheets. Flow Assets brings them into the asset register.

The fleet

Each vehicle has its maintenance records and insurance on file, and Flow flags vehicles whose maintenance is overdue.

Supplier contracts

Annual maintenance contracts are held with their scope and dates against the equipment they cover, so renewals are planned before they lapse and the facility knows what each supplier is responsible for.
