Connect the visit with clinical care
Start with Engage core and the commercial add-ons your centre needs. Where you provide licensed medical consultations, select Care Clinics for the clinical record and prescribing, or Clinics Pro when claims are required. Add Care connection when you need the supported handover between clinical and commercial work. As the facility’s operational needs grow, select Flow Documents, HR or Quality for licences, staff records and policy review. Each product and add-on remains a scoped purchase rather than an automatic inclusion.
Keep the whole visit in view
An aesthetic visit can involve an enquiry, a consultation, a treatment session and a purchase. Reception needs to understand availability, practitioners need the treatment record and signed consent, and the checkout team needs to explain the transaction or remaining package balance. Patients should not have to supply the same context at every desk.
Engage core brings front office, treatment and consent, Client 360, services and team scheduling together. Select Leads and pipeline for enquiry ownership, Online booking for website access, and Billing and point of sale for checkout, packages and memberships. Loyalty and referrals and Commissions and payouts belong to their own named add-ons.
Separate commercial and clinical needs clearly
For licensed medical services, Care carries the clinical record. Engage treatment forms do not replace every requirement of a medical record, and the selected Care plan determines whether claims are included. The facility remains responsible for professional review and its local licensing obligations.
Bring a representative treatment journey to a demonstration. Follow the appointment, consent, photographs and sale, then ask the team to identify every add-on used. That gives your decision a practical basis before you agree the implementation scope.
Common questions
-
Engage core includes front office, treatment and consent, Client 360, services and pricing, and team scheduling. The other capabilities shown on this page belong to separately selected add-ons.
-
Yes. Packages and memberships sit within the Billing and point of sale add-on. Review session balances, expiry and membership allowances during the demonstration; do not assume renewal means an automatic card charge.
-
Where your centre delivers licensed medical consultations, evaluate Care for clinical documentation and prescribing. Care Clinics covers outpatient care and cash billing; Clinics Pro adds claims and diagnostic workflows.
-
No universal messaging connection is promised. The pipeline records and assigns enquiries, but supported capture and delivery arrangements must be checked rather than assuming every social or messaging channel is connected.
-
Yes, through the Commissions and payouts add-on. Review the rules, accrual and approval process with your own example; recorded payout status should not be assumed to execute a bank transfer.
