Treatment and consent
NextHealth EngageIncluded in Engage core, with every licence
Treatment and consent is the practitioner's view of the day in NextHealth Engage. It lists their patients, starts each session and opens the treatment form for the service, at the start, the end, or both. Before and after photographs are stored against the client, used for marketing only with recorded consent. Consent documents are signed by hand on a tablet or through a private link, and each signed copy is kept as a PDF.
What it covers
- Treatment room list of the practitioner's patients today
- Treatment forms per service, at the start or end of a session
- Before and after photographs stored against the client
- Consent documents signed on a tablet or by private link
- Signed copies kept as PDF with name, time and signature
A signed consent is worth more than a remembered one
The practitioner's part of the visit
In aesthetic and outpatient clinics, the treatment itself is where records most often go missing: a form left on paper, photographs on a personal phone, a consent signed but filed nowhere. NextHealth Engage gives practitioners one screen for their part of the visit.
Treatment forms
Clinics build their own forms per service, with short and long text, numbers, single and multiple choice and checkboxes, each field required or optional. A form can be filled at the start of the session, at the end, or both.
Before and after photographs
Photographs are uploaded in before and after pairs against the client and the service, stored securely and viewed through short-lived links. They stay internal unless a manager records marketing consent, and that decision is audited.
Consent and e-signature
Consent documents are written per branch with personal fields such as the patient's name and the service. The patient reads each document, ticks that they have read it, types their name and signs by hand, at the desk on a tablet or through a private link. The signed copy is kept as a PDF with the time of signing.
