Reviews and feedback

NextHealth Engage

Part of the Campaigns and retention add-on

Reviews and feedback collects every patient's view of their visit in NextHealth Engage. After checkout, at a delay the clinic sets and within its sending hours, the patient receives a private link to rate the visit from one to five, add a comment and answer one question the branch defines. A low rating raises a task for the manager. Satisfied patients can then be invited to leave a public review on the site the clinic chooses, such as its Google profile.

What it covers

  • Post-visit survey sent after checkout, at the delay you choose
  • Rating, comment and one question of your own
  • A manager task for every low score
  • Invitation to leave a public review on your chosen site
  • Feedback report by practitioner, service and branch
Why it is hard to do well

An unhappy patient you hear from can be won back

Feedback from every visit, not just the loudest patients

Clinics usually hear from patients at the extremes: a glowing review or a formal complaint. NextHealth Engage asks everyone, once, shortly after their visit, so managers see the whole picture.

How the survey works

  1. After checkout, Engage waits the delay the branch set and sends a private survey link within sending hours.

  2. The patient answers with a rating from one to five, an optional comment and the branch's own question, either a short answer or yes or no.

  3. Low scores raise a task for the manager, so a disappointed patient is contacted while the visit is still fresh.

  4. Satisfied patients can be offered a link to leave a public review on the site the clinic chose.

What managers see

The feedback report shows average ratings and trends, broken down by practitioner, service and branch, with every comment and answer alongside. Filters narrow it to a period, a score band or a word in the comments, and the list can be exported.

Questions we get asked

Reviews and feedback is part of the Campaigns and retention add-on, bought on top of Engage core.

After checkout, at a delay set by the branch, and only within its sending hours. Each appointment receives one survey.

A rating of two or less raises a task for the manager to follow up with the patient.

After completing the survey, patients can be offered a link to the review site the clinic chooses, such as its Google profile. Engage records who clicked it.
