Front office
NextHealth EngageIncluded in Engage core, with every licence
Front office is the working heart of NextHealth Engage. The calendar books against practitioners' hours, rooms and service durations. Today's board places every appointment in four lanes, expected, waiting, in treatment and checkout, with check-in and payment on each row. Reminders go out 24 hours and 2 hours before, with a link to confirm or cancel, cancelled slots appear on the waitlist to fill, and every no-show is recorded with a fee decision and a task to rebook.

A calm front desk starts with one clear list
The clinic day, from first booking to checkout
Front desks work under pressure: patients arriving, phones ringing, practitioners asking who is next. NextHealth Engage gives them one place for all of it.
A calendar that only offers real times
Times are built from the service duration and buffers, the practitioner's hours and leave, and the room or equipment the service needs. Practitioners appear only for services they are qualified to deliver, and Reschedule on a booking moves it to another time.
Today's board
Every appointment sits in one of four lanes. Each row shows the patient, service, practitioner, any package held and what is left to pay, and checking in, moving on and taking payment happen from the row.
Fewer empty chairs
Reminders go out 24 hours and 2 hours before each appointment through the clinic's text message or email provider, with a link to confirm or cancel. A cancelled slot appears on the waitlist for the desk to fill. A no-show is recorded, a fee is applied or waived under the appointment policy, and a task is raised to rebook.
Managers see bookings, revenue and alerts on the dashboard, and staff switch between branches in one click.
