Client 360
NextHealth EngageIncluded in Engage core, with every licence
Client 360 is the centre of NextHealth Engage. One profile holds a patient's appointments, invoices, packages, memberships, loyalty points, wallet, referrals, family links, notes and photographs, with a timeline of everything that happened. Engage finds likely duplicates by name, phone and email and merges them field by field, moving all history to the record kept. Client lists are imported from spreadsheets with a preview, and phone numbers, emails and dates of birth are stored encrypted.
What it covers
- One profile with appointments, invoices, packages and more

Two records for one patient means two half stories
Everything about a patient, on one profile
When client information is spread across a booking tool, a payment system and a spreadsheet, nobody sees the full relationship. NextHealth Engage keeps one profile per patient with everything the clinic knows about them.
On the profile
Appointments past and upcoming, invoices, packages and their remaining sessions, memberships, loyalty points, wallet credit, who referred them and their own referral link, family members, internal notes and before and after photographs, with a timeline of every change.
Duplicates and merging
Engage pairs records that look like the same person by name, phone or email. Staff compare them side by side, choose which value to keep for each field and merge. All history moves to the record kept, and the merged record is retained for the audit trail.
Families
Parents, children, spouses, guardians and siblings are linked in both directions, so a parent can book and receive messages for a child.
Importing and protecting data
Client lists are imported from Excel or CSV with column mapping, a preview and duplicate handling per row. Phone numbers, emails and dates of birth are encrypted, and search still works without decrypting them.

Phone numbers, emails and dates of birth are stored encrypted, and they are left out of the change history. Search works through secure lookups without decrypting the stored values.
