Scope the pharmacy model before expanding

For a pharmacy within a clinic or hospital, review Care’s confirmed dispensing, stock, batch and expiry scope first. Pharmacy is included in Care Hospitals and is an add-on for the clinic plans. For standalone pharmacies and chains, discuss the proposed product separately before making an implementation commitment. Branch transfers, supplier ordering, external prescription handling and retail loyalty need capability confirmation. Flow Documents and HR can be evaluated for the supporting facility and staff records without implying a complete retail pharmacy system.

Begin with the pharmacy you actually operate

A hospital pharmacy, a clinic dispensary and a retail pharmacy chain have different working needs. Before selecting software, establish where prescriptions originate, how stock is held and what the team needs to complete a dispensing transaction. A shared product label should not obscure those differences.
