Add clinical scope when services need it
Start with Engage core, then select Online booking and Billing and point of sale for the booking and membership journey. Add Campaigns and retention when rewards and communication are part of your model. If the centre also provides clinical consultations, evaluate Care Clinics and the appropriate Care connection scope. Flow can be selected later for staff records, documents or policies. Keep the scope tied to the services you actually provide rather than buying capabilities implied by a broad wellness label.
Make repeat visits easier to explain
A wellness client may hold a package, use a gift card or book several different services. The front desk needs to know what is available, which team member can provide it and how the visit affects the client’s entitlement. Those details shape the experience before a session begins.
Engage core provides the client record, service catalogue, team scheduling, front office and treatment forms. Online booking adds the website booking route. Billing and point of sale adds packages, memberships, wallet and gift-card use, allowing the team to review the transaction and entitlement together.
Match the scope to the service
A membership renewal is not a promise of automatic card collection. Review the payment arrangements separately and check how expiry and session balances fit your offer. Clinical consultations require an appropriate clinical record, which is the role of Care in the wider platform. Wearable connections and nutrition-plan tools are not established capabilities in this solution.
Bring one membership and one package to your demonstration. Follow a booking, review the available practitioner and inspect the checkout and remaining balance. This lets your team judge the workflow against the questions clients ask every day.
Common questions
-
Yes. Select Billing and point of sale alongside Engage core. The scope includes packages and membership entitlements, with balances and expiry information available for the team to review.
-
Yes, through the Online booking add-on, which includes a booking widget and integration options. Review availability rules, approval arrangements and deposit handling against your centre’s setup.
-
Automatic card collection is not established by the membership renewal capability. Confirm the payment setup and the way your centre collects renewal payments during implementation planning.
-
No wearable integration or nutrition-plan capability is claimed. This solution focuses on service booking, client records, entitlements and checkout, with Care available for clinical consultation needs.
-
The required record depends on the services and licensing context of your centre. Evaluate Care for clinical consultations; Engage supports the described commercial and service workflows rather than every clinical record requirement.
