About NextHealth Technologies

As Alpha Health Group’s software division, we turned healthcare operating experience into clinical, commercial and operational software that teams can select separately and connect when they need to.

We built the software we needed to run healthcare.

What we build

NextHealth began with the work inside clinics and hospitals. A patient arrives, a clinician records the visit, a bill moves through the business, and a manager needs evidence that the right process was followed. Each step depends on information created somewhere else in the organisation.

As Alpha Health Group’s software division, we turned that operating experience into a healthcare platform. NXH Care supports clinical records and billing. NXH Engage supports booking, patient relationships and clinic sales workflows. NXH Flow supports the documents, people and actions behind healthcare operations.

These products can be selected separately. When combined, they use a shared foundation for patient, staff, facility, service, encounter, document, action and revenue records. NXH One explains that connection: information can support the next workflow without becoming a separate version of the same record.

How we work

Start with the work
We look at what happens during a visit, a claim or a document review. The discussion begins with the people responsible and the records they need.
Define the scope
A clinic and a hospital need different workflows. We identify the products, modules and connections required for the proposed implementation.
Keep responsibility visible
Software can hold evidence and record decisions. Clinical judgement, regulatory responsibilities and approval remain with the responsible people.
Build on shared records
We connect clinical, commercial and operational work through a common data foundation, with access shaped by each person’s role.

Where we work

Our parent group is based in Abu Dhabi and Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Our primary market is the UAE and the wider GCC, with expansion into Asia. Each market brings its own licensing, claims, health-data and deployment requirements, which need to be considered in the implementation scope.

Explore the country pages for local context, then discuss the products and connections your facility needs. A market page describes that conversation; specific delivery arrangements are agreed for the project.

Show us the work your team needs to connect

Walk through a clinical, commercial or operational workflow with us. We will identify the relevant product scope and the questions to resolve before implementation.
