Hospital information system in Vietnam
We invite care teams in Vietnam to review HIS software, with local record and payer needs assessed before we agree a proposed rollout for each site.
What your teams can run in Vietnam

HIS software for a carefully scoped Vietnam rollout
When a hospital replaces paper records, the challenge extends beyond typing a consultation into a screen. Clinical teams need reliable documentation, authorised review and a record that can be retrieved and assessed. Finance teams need the services and charges to be understandable in the same clinical context.
NextHealth invites private hospitals and specialist clinics in Vietnam to review these workflows before defining a local implementation. National documentation and payer requirements should shape that discussion from the outset.
Local programmes and regulatory context
Vietnam’s Ministry of Health identifies Circular 13/2025/TT-BYT as part of its electronic medical record implementation framework. The relevant facility scope, technical requirements and any applicable timetable need to be assessed against current official instructions, rather than inferred from a general EMR product description.
Vietnam also has a Personal Data Protection Law, No. 91/2025/QH15. Processing, hosting and access arrangements belong in the deployment review. No claim is made that generic FHIR capability replaces Vietnamese medical-record requirements or that Care produces an accepted Vietnam Social Security submission.
How NextHealth fits
Care can be reviewed through a consultation, an order, a diagnostic result and the associated bill. Signed records and role-based access provide concrete items for the clinical and IT teams to inspect. Local electronic-signature requirements and prescribed reporting outputs still need separate confirmation.
Engage supports private-clinic booking, packages and patient relationship workflows. Flow provides policies, credentials, incidents and action records for internal review. These records can help a manager examine practice, but they do not constitute a verified mapping of all Vietnamese quality criteria.
Care Clinics supports outpatient records and billing. Clinics Pro adds laboratory, radiology and claims; Hospitals adds inpatient and nursing workflows. Emergency and theatre remain under completion. Flow Quality indicators is also unfinished, so these capabilities must be reviewed separately before a rollout depends on them.
NextHealth Technologies is the software division of Alpha Health Group, a healthcare operator based in Abu Dhabi and Dubai. Experience running facilities and consulting on accreditation informs the product’s attention to clinical records, staff responsibilities and reviewable evidence.
Plan the country scope
Bring the record forms and payer output your facility needs to use. Review Vietnamese language requirements, signatures, interfaces, migration and data arrangements before making a rollout decision. The current interface is English; a Vietnamese interface, local approval and live national submission are not confirmed.
Bring three things to your Vietnam demo
A useful first conversation starts with your own work, not a feature list.
Book a demo-
A patient encounter
One representative visit, from registration to the signed clinical record.
-
A payer or payment workflow
The claim, invoice or package your team handles most, and the response it needs.
-
An evidence question
One licensing, quality or inspection requirement you need to be able to show.
Common questions
-
A complete conformity assessment is not claimed. Review the applicable electronic-record requirements against demonstrated functionality, including signatures, storage and retrieval, before treating Care as suitable for the facility’s regulated workflow.
-
An accepted Vietnam Social Security output or live connection is not confirmed. The required format, coding, transaction process and receiving validation need specific evidence before inclusion in the proposed scope.
-
The current product interface is English. A Vietnamese interface is not confirmed. Review clinical forms, staff language and patient documentation needs alongside the product demonstration before planning implementation.
-
No. Flow provides selected audit and operational evidence, while Quality indicators remains unfinished. Local indicator definitions and validated outputs need confirmation rather than being inferred from the presence of audit records.
-
Agree the actual hosting region, backups and support access before implementation. NextHealth uses an in-country cloud region wherever regulation requires it; this page does not assert that a local environment is already provisioned.
