Hospital and clinic software planning for Uzbekistan

A private clinic expanding its services needs a consistent patient record, clear billing and staff who understand their responsibilities. A hospital adds diagnostic, inpatient and quality-review requirements. The value of a new system depends on how those daily workflows fit the country’s digital-health environment.

NextHealth invites providers in Uzbekistan to review that fit before defining a local implementation. The starting point is the clinical and operational work to be performed, together with the national programme and language dependencies that could determine the project’s feasibility.

Local programmes and regulatory context

UZINFOCOM describes DMED as a unified medical system for Uzbekistan’s healthcare digitalisation and publishes information about connection processes. A DMED relationship or electronic-prescription connection must therefore be assessed explicitly. Neither is confirmed for NextHealth.

Uzbekistan’s personal data legislation has been amended, including changes to storage and processing provisions. Do not rely on an old blanket description of localisation when agreeing the architecture. Assess the current requirements for the actual data categories, processing, registration and transfer arrangements before loading patient information.

How NextHealth fits

Care provides clinical documentation, prescribing, diagnostic and billing workflows within the selected plan. Review the record your facility needs and the national or payer output that may be required. General prescribing does not establish transmission through Uzbekistan’s electronic-prescription infrastructure.

Flow holds policy approvals, staff credentials, incidents and risk actions for internal review. Engage supports private-clinic booking and packages. These products do not confer accreditation, establish government purchasing eligibility or implement an unverified statutory workforce regime.

Care Clinics supports outpatient records and billing. Clinics Pro adds laboratory, radiology and claims; Hospitals adds inpatient and nursing workflows. Emergency and theatre remain under completion. Flow Quality indicators is also unfinished, so these capabilities must be reviewed separately before a rollout depends on them.

NextHealth Technologies is the software division of Alpha Health Group, a healthcare operator based in Abu Dhabi and Dubai. Experience running facilities and consulting on accreditation informs the product’s attention to clinical records, staff responsibilities and reviewable evidence.

Plan the country scope

Bring the national interface requirements and a representative patient record. Agree terminology, hosting, access and the need for Uzbek or Russian before selecting the rollout. The current interface is English; local-language UI, a DMED connection and a pre-provisioned Uzbekistan environment are not claimed.

Bring three things to your Uzbekistan demo

A useful first conversation starts with your own work, not a feature list.

Book a demo
  1. A patient encounter

One representative visit, from registration to the signed clinical record.

  2. A payer or payment workflow

The claim, invoice or package your team handles most, and the response it needs.

  3. An evidence question

One licensing, quality or inspection requirement you need to be able to show.

Common questions

A DMED connection is not confirmed. The relevant national requirements, connection process, test evidence and facility activation must be established before any proposed deployment relies on exchange with DMED.

A connection to the national electronic-prescription infrastructure is not confirmed. General prescribing functionality does not establish accepted transmission; assess the required medicine data, receiving service and onboarding evidence separately.

The current interface is English. Uzbek and Russian interfaces are not claimed. Review clinical forms, terminology, patient-facing documents and staff training requirements before deciding whether the proposed project can proceed.

No. Flow holds selected operational records for review. Accreditation and state-payer eligibility depend on the organisation’s applicable requirements and assessment; neither follows automatically from using the software.

Agree the actual hosting region, backups and support access before implementation. NextHealth uses an in-country cloud region wherever regulation requires it; this page does not assert that a local environment is already provisioned.

Run it against Uzbekistan rules

Bring one patient journey, one payer workflow and one evidence question. We will review the scope your facility needs in Uzbekistan.
