HIS planning for Türkiye’s private healthcare sector
For a private hospital or specialist clinic in Türkiye, clinical software sits within an established national and payer environment. A patient record, an insurer transaction and an international-patient enquiry serve different purposes. Each needs a defined workflow and an appropriate basis for using the information.
NextHealth invites providers to review Care for a future clinical scope, or Engage and Flow for specific patient and operational workflows. Hospital information system evaluation in Turkey should identify the local implementation gates before selecting the product scope.
Local programmes and regulatory context
The Ministry of Health operates the Kayıt Tescil Sistemi, or KTS, for registered health software. SGK’s MEDULA is a separate payer-system context, while e-Nabız concerns personal health information. These programmes cannot be treated as interchangeable interfaces.
No NextHealth KTS registration, MEDULA connection or e-Nabız integration is confirmed. Care’s general coding and exchange capability does not establish national data definitions, SUT pricing or accepted submissions. Türkiye’s KVKK framework, including the revised rules for transfers abroad, also requires a specific processing and deployment assessment.
How NextHealth fits
Engage supports booking, packages and patient relationship records for a private-clinic evaluation. Flow provides documents, credentials, complaints, incidents and risk actions. These are practical review records, not an asserted complete implementation of SKS or an accreditation award.
Care provides structured clinical documentation and billing within the selected plan. For an HIS proposal, review vendor eligibility, required national interfaces and Turkish-language workflows before treating that scope as ready for clinical operation. International patient interest does not remove those local requirements.
Care Clinics supports outpatient records and billing. Clinics Pro adds laboratory, radiology and claims; Hospitals adds inpatient and nursing workflows. Emergency and theatre remain under completion. Flow Quality indicators is also unfinished, so these capabilities must be reviewed separately before a rollout depends on them.
NextHealth Technologies is the software division of Alpha Health Group, a healthcare operator based in Abu Dhabi and Dubai. Experience running facilities and consulting on accreditation informs the product’s attention to clinical records, staff responsibilities and reviewable evidence.
Plan the country scope
Bring the required KTS, payer and clinical-data specifications alongside a patient journey. Agree Turkish forms, coding, hosting, access and any transfer arrangements. The current interface is English; Turkish UI, statutory billing outputs and completed national registrations are not claimed.
Bring three things to your Türkiye demo
A useful first conversation starts with your own work, not a feature list.
Book a demo-
A patient encounter
One representative visit, from registration to the signed clinical record.
-
A payer or payment workflow
The claim, invoice or package your team handles most, and the response it needs.
-
An evidence question
One licensing, quality or inspection requirement you need to be able to show.
Common questions
-
KTS registration is not confirmed. A Türkiye HIS proposal must establish the applicable vendor and software registration requirements and supporting evidence before a clinical rollout is treated as ready.
-
Neither a MEDULA connection nor e-Nabız integration is confirmed. Each has a distinct purpose and requires its own specifications, testing and activation evidence before inclusion in operational scope.
-
Engage supports booking, packages and patient relationship workflows. Travel services, translations and agency connections are not implied; review the actual international-patient process and its information-use requirements separately.
-
Turkish UI and SUT-specific billing are not confirmed. The current interface is English. Review the required language, code content, tariffs and output through a demonstration before agreeing a local clinical implementation.
-
Agree the actual hosting region, backups and support access before implementation. NextHealth uses an in-country cloud region wherever regulation requires it; this page does not assert that a local environment is already provisioned.
